The 4th Annual Fore Health Care Golf Tournament kicks off on Friday September 27th, 2013 at Seaview Golf & Country Club, tee off time is 1pm.
$500 per 4 person team, cost includes golf hats, meal, green fees and lots of great prizes including $10,000 (courtesy of Scotiabank, North Sydney Branch), Hot Tub ( courtesy of Leisure Pools), ATV (courtesy of Ramsey Cycle & Sports), Car (courtesy of MacIntyre Chevrolet – Paul Smith).
